Message System for Internal Communication
This system allows the following functions:
- Three-level user role (Boss, Director, Staff)
- Staff-level user creation based on OTP
- Staff can send a message to the Director
- Director can forward a message or a summary of messages to the Boss
- Boss can see all the update in one view
